2. ถ้าภายใน 1 ปี เครืองมีปัญหา ลูกค้าสามารถ ส่งมาไห้ทาง บริษัทซ่อมฟรี แต่เสียค่าส่ง 50 %
3. ถ้าลูกค้าใด้รับเครื่องแล้ว ปรากฏว่า เครื่องมีปัญหา ภายในระยะเวลา 1 เดือน ทางบริษัทส่งเครื่องใหม่ให้ทันที
4. ในกรณีที่เครืองไม่มีปัญหาเลยทางบริษัท จะพิจารณา ตามเหตุผล
5. ทุกเงื่อนใน ของการเคลม หรือคืนของ ต้องมีรูปภาพและวีดีโอ ประกอบด้วยทุกครั้ง
6. ทุกกรณีของการเคลม ทางบริษัทและลูกค้าต้องมีข้อตกลงร่วมกันในทุกกรณี
